The 2nd Latest Capacitor Film Production Line of Foshan Dafu Bruckner Officially Commences Operation
On April 28, 2025, Foshan Dafu New Materials Co., Ltd. ushered in a milestone moment. The newly introduced latest asynchronous biaxial stretching capacitor film production line imported from Bruckner Germany was officially put into operation.
Core Parameters of the New Production Line
This production line is a high-end film manufacturing solution launched by Bruckner Germany for the new energy and power electronics industries, featuring ultra-wide width, high speed, ultra-thin thickness, high precision and excellent stability. Its main product specifications range from 2.4μm to 7μm, with a master roll width of 6400mm, a maximum production speed of 300 meters per minute and an annual full-capacity output of 3,675 tons.

Dual-line Operation Pattern & Production Capacity
It forms a dual-line driving layout together with the previously commissioned mechanical synchronous stretching ultra-thin capacitor film production line. Breaking the limitations of traditional asynchronous stretching technology, the synchronous stretching line can mass-produce 2.0μm ultra-thin heat-resistant capacitor films, with product specifications covering 2.0μm to 4.0μm. It boasts a master roll width of 5800mm, a production speed of up to 210 meters per minute and an annual full-capacity capacity of 1,440 tons. Equipped with Fuji Iron high-speed slitting machines from Japan, it ensures stable finished product quality. The combined annual capacity of the two lines exceeds 5,000 tons, making Dafu one of the few domestic enterprises capable of both sequential stretching and synchronous stretching production.
Product Technical Advantages & Application Fields
In terms of product strengths, Dafu has mastered the core production technology of 2μm ultra-thin films. Its products feature outstanding thickness uniformity, excellent transverse flatness, high dielectric strength, low dielectric loss, high tensile strength, fine isotropy, heat resistance up to 105℃ and low thermal shrinkage. Raw materials are sourced from world-class suppliers such as Borealis and SK Chemicals. The heat resistance grades cover 85℃, 105℃, 115℃ and 125℃. Custom slitting widths including 620mm, 920mm and 1040mm are available. The films are widely applied in high-end sectors including new energy vehicles, wind power and photovoltaic power generation, flexible DC power transmission, composite current collectors and high-frequency industrial control.

Supported by the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for High-performance Engineering Plastic Films, Class 10,000 clean workshops and real-time temperature & humidity control systems, Dafu implements strict quality control throughout raw material inspection, in-process testing and finished product delivery inspection to fully meet quality standards. The laboratory is equipped with advanced precision testing instruments including German MAHR thickness gauges, roughness testers, high-temperature voltage resistance testers, high-precision high-voltage bridge capacitance meters, digital high resistance meters, electronic tensile testing machines and electrical weakness testers.
