Color polycarbonate film/sheet

This product series consists of films and sheets with integral structural coloration, manufactured from high-quality polycarbonate (PC) resin blended with custom color masterbatch. While retaining PC’s inherent advantages including superior impact toughness, temperature resistance, dimensional stability and electrical insulation, the material delivers rich, uniform and batch-consistent color rendering.

Our product line is split into two practical grades classified by optical appearance:

① Transparent Tinted PC Film/Sheet

Typical shades: dark bronze, light bronze, bright yellow, magenta, dark tea and other transparent & translucent hues
Core functions: light conditioning (light filtering, anti-glare, warm color temperature shifting), colored visual identification and decorative light transmission
Surface finish: predominantly double-sided polished; uniform color tone and print-compatible
Thickness: 0.05–4.0 mm | Max width: 1400 mm
Applications: decorative light-transmitting lamp covers for electronic appliance housings, colored light boxes, decorative components for sun visors and ski goggles, decorative signage, color marking panels for instruments, creative packaging and more

② Opaque Colored PC Film/Sheet

Standard color range: black, milky white, grey, dark grey and other customizable shades
Selected grades are compounded with flame retardant formulations, achieving UL94 V-2 to V-0 ratings; matte or medium suede surface textures available
Core functions: printing substrate for panels, light-blocking insulation and integrated colored decorative components. It reduces painting and screen printing procedures, featuring uniform color, scratch resistance and excellent thermoformability
Thickness: approx. 0.05–4.0 mm | Width: below 1400 mm (certain gauges max out at 1300 mm)
Applications: laminated internal insulation and shielding for power supplies, televisions, monitors and commercial equipment, printing substrates for nameplates and circuit panels, trim surrounds for automotive dashboards, water & electricity meter panels, decorative colored sheets for industrial equipment casings
