PEEK FILM

PEEK Film (Polyetheretherketone Film) – high-performance semicrystalline thermoplastic film
engineered for extreme temperature, chemical and electrical environments. DAFU supplies PEEK
films from ultra-thin to medium gauges (typical range referenced as approx. 0.006 mm–0.50 mm /
3 μm–500 μm depending on grade), with polished/polished, polished/matte and matte/matte surface
options, widths up to around 650–1100 mm, and customizable roll lengths. Available in unfilled
low-crystalline (ULC), unfilled high-crystalline (UHC) and mineral-filled high-crystalline (FHC)
grades to match dielectric, dimensional-stability and wear requirements. Typical use cases include
insulation/dielectrics, motor slot liners, sensor diaphragms, flexible-circuit-compatible stacks,
acoustic diaphragms and gaskets/seals in EV/aerospace/industrial systems. Manufactured under
ISO9001 / ISO14001 systems, with SGS / MSDS docs available.
