1. Mechanical properties
Its tensile strength and tear resistance are higher than general plastic films, and its mechanical performance retention rate is high under high temperature conditions. The tensile strength does not change much within the range of -100~150 ℃.

2. Electrical performance
Polysulfone membranes exhibit excellent electrical properties over a wide temperature and frequency range, with minimal changes in electrical performance in water and humid air.

3. Thermal performance
Polysulfone membrane has excellent heat resistance. Its glass transition temperature is 190 ℃, and its long-term use temperature certified by UL is 160 ℃. It also has excellent heat and oxygen aging resistance.

4. Chemical resistance
The chemical stability of polysulfone membrane is good, and it is stable to inorganic acids, bases, and salt solutions. However, it can corrode under the action of certain polar organic solvents such as ketones, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, etc.

5. Other performance
The polysulfone membrane has good transparency, with a transmittance of up to 88% for a 0.2mm thick PSU membrane. Polysulfone membrane has excellent radiation resistance and low moisture absorption.
