PPSU Film

PPSU Film (Polyphenylsulfone / Polyphenylsulfone Film) is an amorphous, translucent-to-light-amber high-performance thermoplastic film combining a glass transition temperature around 220°C and long-term continuous-use capability around 180°C. It offers exceptional toughness/impact strength, excellent hydrolytic and steam-sterilization resistance, broad chemical stability (acids/alkalis/salts), and stable dielectric performance with essentially non-halogen flame retardancy. DAFU provides PPSU films in polished/matte and matte/velvet textures, thicknesses from roughly 0.025–0.50 mm, widths up to 950–1050 mm depending on thickness range, customizable roll lengths and winding specs, with documentation support (ISO9001/ISO14001 system context; SGS/MSDS available), targeting hydrogen-energy storage components, NEV & electronic insulation structures, instrument protective films, and medical/environmentally harsh film applications.
