PSU Film

PSU Film (Polysulfone / Polysulfone Thin Film) is an amorphous, translucent light-amber
high-performance thermoplastic film combining long-term heat resistance (UL continuous-use
~160°C; Tg ~190°C), excellent hydrolysis/steam resistance, broad-spectrum chemical stability
( resistant to acids, alkalis and salt solutions ), and stable dielectric performance even
under high humidity. DAFU PSU film is available in polished/matte and matte/velvet surface
options, thickness approx. 0.05–0.80 mm (50–800 μm), width up to 1020–1050 mm, customizable
roll length and winding. Target applications include insulation in NEV/high-performance motors,
hydrogen-energy storage components, medical device films requiring repeated steam sterilization,
food-contact transparent hot-water components, instrument protective films and electronic
