Textured / Frosted Polycarbonate Film/Sheet

Manufactured with high-quality polycarbonate (PC) as the substrate, this product features stable frosted and suede micro-topography via controlled surface texturing technology — instead of simple sandblasting, the texture is formed by in-line extrusion shaping or precision embossing. It addresses three core functional demands:

Optical performance: Delivers anti-glare effect by converting harsh specular reflection into soft diffused light. Light transmittance and hiding power are adjustable through multiple haze grades including fine matte, medium matte and coarse matte textures.
Tactile & visual aesthetics: Endows panels and housings with delicate, premium soft-touch texture. Combined with printed patterns, the directional textures enhance visual depth and layered appearance.
Surface durability: Textured surfaces hide fine scratches and fingerprint smudges far better than polished surfaces, maintaining a clean appearance for frequently touched operating panels.
