PEI FILM

PEI Film (Polyetherimide Film) is an amorphous, amber-transparent high-performance thermoplastic film combining long-term heat resistance (RTI 170°C; Tg ~217°C), inherent non-halogen flame resistance (UL94 V-0, OI ~47%), excellent dimensional stability, acid/steam resistance and good electrical insulation. DAFU offers natural and black variants, gloss/matte or matte/textured surface options, thicknesses from 0.025–0.50mm (25–500μm), widths up to 1060mm, custom roll lengths and diameters, supplied under ISO9001/ISO14001 with SGS / MSDS documentation, serving NEV, hydrogen-equipment, 3C electronics and precision motor insulation applications.
