Flame Retardant PC Film/Sheet

This series consists of safety-functional films and sheets modified with flame retardant systems based on high-quality polycarbonate (PC) substrates.

It holds core certifications of UL 94 V-0 / VTM-0 flame resistance and complies with RoHS environmental regulations.

While retaining PC’s inherent high impact toughness, temperature resistance and electrical insulation performance, it delivers an integrated material solution combining passive fire protection and insulating shielding for downstream products.

Within Dafu’s product lineup, this category is divided into three main grades based on appearance and light-blocking requirements:

① Transparent Flame Retardant PC Film & Sheet

Thickness: 0.05–1.5 mm | Width: 915–1220 mm
Delivers UL94 V-0 fire protection while maintaining high light transmittance
Applied for laminated insulation and transparent shielding inside power supplies, TVs, monitors and commercial equipment; balances readable viewing windows and safety isolation within backlight cavities

② Black Flame Retardant PC Film & Sheet

Thickness: 0.125–2 mm | Width: Max. 1200 mm (reference for standard gauges)
Two sub-series available: halogen-free flame retardant grade and halogen-containing flame retardant grade
Features excellent light opacity, UL94 V-0 rating and print-friendly surface
Used for internal insulating shielding inside power housings, decorative & insulating components for EV charging piles, black interior panels for rail transit, casings of industrial control equipment and base films for nameplate printing

③ Opaque Colored Flame Retardant PC Sheet (Custom colors including black, grey, milky white, etc.)

Thickness: 0.05–4.0 mm | Width: Less than 1400 mm
Surface finish: Matte / medium sand grain as standard; uniform color, compatible with screen printing, die-cutting and stamping
Ideal for colored flame retardant panels, nameplates, insulating shielding around instrument dashboards and decorative safety components
